For fans of Pinot Noir, the Vinné Sklepy vineyard in Kutná Hora is a must-visit. Established in 2002, this is the only winery in the Czech Republic carrying the prestigious DEMETER certificate. The property spans a massive 80 hectares, half of which are vineyards with the other half used as idyllic sheep pastures, orchards, and fields. They also produce biodynamic wines, avoiding the use of additives and pesticides.
