Visit the world’s largest spherical building at the Avicii Arena, one of Sweden’s most iconic landmarks. Formerly known as the Ericsson Globe, it represents the Sun in the Sweden Solar System (SSS), a series of man-made structures across the country that form the world’s largest model of our planetary system. Officially the home ground of Sweden’s national hockey team, its vast stages have also welcomed some of the biggest artists in the world – including The Rolling Stones, Beyonce, Madonna and Avicii himself. While there, don’t miss out on The Skyview, a gondola that runs along the arena’s curved walls, offering spectacular views of the city.
The building was renamed in 2021 in honour of the prolific DJ and producer to raise mental health awareness.
